Submeasures with Probabilistic Structures

In [8] the author gives some probabilistic generalizations of the submeasure concept. The purpose of this paper is to define a general form of submeasure with probabilistic structure in such way that the topological ring of sets is a uniform space. As particular cases the probabilistic generalizations from [8] are obtained.
